This first ant cam is focused on one of the nest entrances of a colony of Acromyrmex octospinosus leafcutter ants.
Sometimes the cam is also focused on the leaves they are cutting.
There are also winged alates in this colony and sometimes they walk along from one hole to another.
They are not always cutting leaves, a lot of the time they are cutting the peels of different fruits
such as bananas, oranges, grapefruits and apples.
