For Cheque’s and Postal orders we will hold the goods for 5 days until we receive payment, if payment is not sent within that time we will contact you regarding your order.

We reserve the right to postpone shipping when we feel it is either to hot or cold to ship livestock.
In the very unlikely event of any DOA’s please contact us within 24 hours to claim a refund after this period unfortunately we cannot accept your claim. *We require either a full colour photograph to back up your claim or the animals returned to us before we can give a refund or credit note. Once we get to know you the above * may not apply, this will be up to our discretion.
General inverts (not applicable for Ants): Prices are for single specimens unless otherwise stated. Upon request for specific sex ratios we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot be held responsible for mistakes.

We will generally send replacement animals on your next order only.
We cannot be held responsible for any deaths or injuries, caused by our livestock. We assume or would expect all persons to read up fully before purchase.
